Ordering and Shipping Policies and Procedures
Finalizing your order:
Once your order has been placed we cannot make any changes. Please make sure you look over your order before submission.
Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All Sales Are Final!
Order Error/Damaged Products:
If for any reason we made a mistake with the fulfillment of your order or once you have received your order and the product is damaged we will replace the item(s). If the product is defective, damaged or leaking please send us an email at PhoenixSpiritz21@gmail.com with a picture of the defective product in the original packaging within 3 days (72 hours) after receiving the product.
If at any time an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you by email. In this case you can either substitute for any other item of equal or lesser value or you have the option to receive a refund for that item.
Shipping fees are based off of the carrier. Phoenix Spiritz cannot be held responsible for any theft that occurs if your package is delivered while you are not at home. If package is refused or returned due to no one being able to accept it, the Customer will be responsible for any/all shipping and handling charges. If there has to be a reship due to refusal, return or wrong address entered at the time of the order the Customer will be responsible for reship fee.
Payments will process immediately, if we discover an issue with your method of payment we will notify you by email. If for some reason we are unable to reach you within 7 days of the first written communication, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Processing times are subject to change and any delays will be communicated through our website and email. (Shipping time is the time it takes to arrive after the package leaves our production center)
